Below you will find templates for the conference materials. These files are provided to help you prepare your submissions in a consistent format, both editorially and graphically, in accordance with the requirements.

  • ksn2025_abstract_template.docx – an editable abstract template containing the required formatting and content layout. Please prepare your abstracts using this template.

  • ksn2025_poster.pdf – a sample poster in PDF format, illustrating the recommended graphic layout for the poster presentation.

  • ksn2025_poster.pptx – an editable PowerPoint version of the poster template for your own customization.

  • ksn2025_poster.svg – a vector version of the poster template, intended for editing in graphic design software.

  • KSN_2025_presentation_template.pptx – a PowerPoint template for oral presentations.

We kindly ask all participants to use the provided templates. This will ensure a uniform appearance of conference materials and facilitate the organization of both the poster sessions and oral presentations.
